These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Yarana Web Tech website and purchase of our services. By using this website, submitting an enquiry, approving a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Business Information
Yarana Web Tech provides website development, mobile app development, custom software, IoT development, digital marketing, SEO, Facebook ads and video editing services. We are based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India and serve clients across India.
2. Scope of Work
Every paid project is based on a proposal, quotation, invoice, email confirmation, WhatsApp confirmation or written scope shared with the client. Any work outside the approved scope may require additional cost and timeline.
3. Pricing and Payments
Pricing depends on project type, scope, technology, pages/screens, integrations, content, support and timeline. Standard payment terms are advance payment plus milestone or final payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Online payments may be collected through Razorpay or another authorised payment gateway.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate business details, content, images, approvals, credentials and feedback on time. Delays in providing required information may extend the delivery timeline.
5. Delivery and Acceptance
Digital deliverables are shared through live URLs, staging links, source files, downloadable files, cloud access, email, WhatsApp or other agreed channels. A deliverable is considered accepted once approved by the client or used in production.
6. Revisions
Revisions included in a project will be mentioned in the proposal or invoice. Additional revisions, redesigns, new features, third-party changes or repeated scope changes may be billed separately.
7. Intellectual Property
After full payment, the client receives ownership of final custom deliverables created specifically for the project, except third-party tools, themes, plugins, stock assets, open-source libraries, pre-existing code, reusable components and licences governed by their respective owners.
8. Portfolio Rights
Yarana Web Tech may display completed work, screenshots, public links, case studies or project summaries in its portfolio and marketing material unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
9. Third-Party Services
Hosting, domains, APIs, payment gateways, ad platforms, email tools, SMS/WhatsApp providers, app stores and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, approval rejection, suspension or pricing changes by third-party providers.
10. Prohibited Use
Clients must not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, infringing, obscene, restricted or prohibited activities. We may refuse, suspend or terminate work that violates law, platform policies, payment gateway rules or ethical business practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, platform suspension, third-party failures, ranking changes, ad disapprovals or business interruption.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
